Empowered Staffing is partnered with a mission-driven organization that owns and operates skilled nursing facilities across Texas and Ohio.

As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a passionate and innovative Vice President of Business Development to join its dynamic team!

The VP of BD will play a key role in driving revenue growth by increasing admissions and census at the company’s skilled nursing facilities through strategic business development and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost admissions, optimize census, and expand our market presence.

Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve budget and sales goals.

Team Development : Mentor and empower Regional Directors of Care Transitions and Admissions Directors, providing guidance, support, and training to drive success and professional growth.

Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, insurance carriers, physicians, and hospital executives to enhance our network and reputation.

Market Analysis Growth : Conduct competitive market analysis, identify new growth opportunities, and implement initiatives to strengthen our brand and services.

Operational Oversight : Oversee day-to-day business development and marketing operations, including referral tracking, community events, social media presence, and the development of team reports.

Community Engagement : Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, seminars, trade shows, and health fairs to increase community awareness and engagement with our services.

Qualifications / Requirements :

Industry-specific experience in operations and business development, with a deep understanding of skilled nursing environments.

Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, regulatory standards, insurance carriers, and authorization processes.

Proven success in relationship development and team training / mentorship.

Strong computer skills and experience with CRM software.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
