A day in the life.

As our Senior Project Manager on the Rx Solutions team, you'll be responsible for providing project management oversight and leadership for deliverables involving multiple departments to drive revenue and efficiency.

Deeply involved in financial operations, business tracking, and operational efficiency initiatives, you will work closely with Rx Solutions leadership to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Here's what you can expect on a typical day :

• The opportunity to help create strategy to drive revenue and manage its successful implementation.
• Engaging with Rx Solutions client field teams, carriers, PBMs, and vendors to ensure expected Rx Solutionsmission is received by MMA.
• Managing processes for accurate and timely entries into Benefit Point so business can track clients, and expected revenue overall, across markets and personnel.
• Ensuring that the book of business tracking is accurate and updated properly. This Includes understanding expected revenue by client,paring to actual, and working with team and project manager to ensure that MMA receives money owed.
• Collaborating with Rx Solutions leadership to identify and projects to build operational efficiency and drive business evolution.
• Maintaining ownership of Rx Solutions operational and project management tool, Smartsheet, and building any new solutions as needed.

Responsible for Rx Solutions colleague onboarding and troubleshooting.

Our future colleague.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5+ years project management responsibilities and a proven track record of helping organizations drive enhanced performance
• Solid understanding of : Planning techniques and Life Cycle project management methodologies, Quality measurement techniques, Organizational and management theory and practice, Basic accounting and finance, and Basic to intermediate marketing and product management exposure
• Legal work authorization to work in the on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply :

• Previous experience with pharmacy, employee benefits, brokerage firms or abination of experienced preferred
• Current Life & Health licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
