Our client is a well respected General Contractor in the Colorado Springs area. Their project base includes luxury custom homes and commercial construction.
Job Description
Senior Project Manager - Custom Homes will be responsible for the following :
- Review project plans and specifications. Define proposal requirements
- Prepare solicitation of subcontractors for bid proposals
- Prepare cost projections and project reports monthly
- Track, price, and negotiate change orders and cost charges
- Adhere to project scheduling
- Continually grow with the industry as building systems, materials and methods innovate
- Use software tools to aid in estimates and budgets
- Work directly with clients to define program requirements
- Lead Junior Project Managers, Project Engineers

The Successful Applicant
Qualified Commercial Senior Project Manager - Custom Homes Candidate will have the following :
- 4+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing projects ranging from $1-10M in value
- Thourough understanding of trade agreements, jurisdiction and negotiations, engineering, cost control schedules and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable in construction scheduling software and Windows applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects
