We are looking for a dynamic Associate Program Analyst to join our team! The Associate Program Analyst position will primarily support the analysis and evaluation of various programs and initiatives.

The Program Analyst will be responsible for reviewing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to enhance program outcomes.

In addition, the Analyst will work closely with Program and Senior Program Analysts to develop strategies, monitor progress, and report on program performance and deliverables to stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Supporting the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of various programs and initiatives, including but not limited to reviewing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve program outcomes
  • Working closely with Program and Senior Program Analysts who develop strategies, monitor progress, and report on program performance / deliverables to stakeholders

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA / BS) with 0-3 years of experience
  • 4 to 7 years of experience with no degree
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

Skills :

Required (Must Have) Skills :

  • Knowledge of analytical skills to review data, identify trends, and develop insights to support program development and improvement
  • Basic understanding of project management skills to plan, execute and monitor program initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of program data and reports
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and address issues that may arise during implementation
  • Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and Team Members
  • Basic knowledge of computer programming languages, database management, and data analysis software
  • Knowledge of Power BI

The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. Please note that the salary information provided is a general guideline.
