Capstone Tax Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) team member to work as Administrative Assistant in the Tax Resolution industry to add to our growing client services team.
While experience is preferred we can train the right candidate.
The right candidate will be a reliable, organized and self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced office, yet relaxed, environment.
Administrative Assistant duties :
- Client verbal and written communication
- Clerical tasks
- Aiding associates in financial analysis
- Government verbal and written communication
We are looking for someone who is bilingual in Spanish & English (Spanish Mandatory not preferred) with an attention to detail, a positive attitude and excellent client service skills.
Experience in Microsoft office software and Adobe is ideal. (We are open to training the right candidate).
Capstone's compensation is negotiable depending on experience we offer benefits including immediate health insurance, dental, and vision;
along with paid time off day one; additionally, we offer bonuses based upon performance. If you have experience in the tax resolution field, we do offer sign-on bonuses.
