This office services pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in Allegheny County.
Requirements :
- Valid Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant License
- Physical within one year
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities :
- Providing one-to-one care in the home
- Taking direction from clinical team and overseen by a registered nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
