About the Role :
Alice Rose Recruitment is seeking experienced Project Managers of all levels, from emerging PMs to Lead PMs, to oversee major multifamily residential projects across New York, New Jersey, and Westchester.
Working with a market-leading contractor, this role requires a strong leader with the ability to manage high-value, large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the entire lifecycle of projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, managing project schedules, budgeting, and procurement processes.
- Conduct risk management and oversee compliance with local construction regulations and safety standards.
- Drive quality control measures, supervise project milestones, and manage subcontractors effectively.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in construction project management, ideally with multifamily or large-scale residential developments.
- Familiarity with New York and New Jersey construction regulations, and strong financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing projects valued at $50M $200M is strongly preferred.
