Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

Company Overview

EverLine Coatings, a rapidly expanding franchise brand in the commercial service industry, is currently seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Director of Accounting and actively contribute to the growth and development of our accounting department.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will involve efficiently handling customer invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

We are seeking an ideal candidate with exceptional attention to detail, a solid understanding of collection tactics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Responsibilities :

• Process and verify invoices.
• Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and perform weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable files and records.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Qualifications :

• 2-3 years of corporate accounts payable experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in QuickBooks Online Software preferred.
• Must have a proven track record of intelligent and thoughtful decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types : Part-time

Schedule : Monday through Friday 20 hours per week (flexible start and finish time)
