Choice Properties has a great career opportunity for a skilled, dedicated Maintenance and Rehab repair Technician for our communities located in Perrysburg, Ohio.
Responsibilities include Maintenance and Repairs of community common areas and apartment homes, working collectively with Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to complete daily tasks, maintenance upkeep, completing work orders, maintaining property appearance, and all other tasks needed for job completion.
Applicant MUST be knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and all areas of Maintenance Repair.
Qualifications :
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
- Skilled in common area maintenance, painting, carpentry, and plumbing
- Strong in teamwork, customer service and communication skills
- Highly motivated self starter
- Must be willing to be on call
- 40 + Hours per week
- Must have own basic tools
- Must have reliable transportation
- On-site housing available at a discount
- A clear driving record, clear drug and physical check and clear criminal background check.
Benefit Package :
Health insurance, generous PTO and paid vacation, performance-based bonuses, paid holidays
$18 to 21 per hour (Based on previous experience and skills )
