Document Control - Job records are kept current : Contracts, Drawings, Submittals & Samples, RFIs, Close out and as built drawings Buyout & Procurement – Subcontracts, submittals, approvals, and deposits should all be in place to not disrupt the project schedule and workflowClient & consultant management Subcontractors – subs are kept current on information, invoices, payment, change orders.
