Position Highlights :

Position : Advanced Practice Provider - Palliative Medicine - Per Diem

Location : Evanston Hospital, Glenbrook Hospital, Highland Park Hospital,Skokie Hospital, and NCH Hospital

Full Time / Part Time : Per Diem / Resource

Hours : Monday-Friday, Rotating Weekends, Holidays and On-Call

Required Travel : Yes

Pay Rate : $65-$70 an hour

What you will need :

• License : Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education : Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
• Certification : BLS / CPR certification required
• Experience : Prior Palliative Medicine APN / PA experience required
