Title : Front Desk Coordinator
Location : Hoffman Estates, IL
Duration : 0 2 to 3 Month Contract with the possibility of extension
Work Timing :
shifts could vary between these hours 7am-7pm Monday- Sunday . Specific hours would be determined once selected but we need candidates that would be open to any shifts within these hours
Job Position :
- Manage front desk and greet employees and visitors as they enter
- Assist visitors with access to the office and getting a badge as needed and / or helping them sign in
- Direct visitors to appropriate person or location
- Other general duties as needed
