Job Description
We are seeking associate or fully licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker to join our team! You will provide mental health services to individuals, couples, and groups.
Work hours and client load are flexible.
Responsibilities :
- Establish rapport and trust with individuals with relational, mental or emotional issues.
- Offer assistance to individuals, couples and / or their families with varied issues which may include; depression, abuse, self-esteem, relationship, parental, anxiety, ADHD, LGBDQ, spiritual crisis, stress, and OCD.
- Provide client centered therapy utilizing evidence based treatment modalities.
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and staff
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team colaborator
