Personal Insurance Account Manager Atlanta, GA
Hybrid / Remote Schedule)
Established agency seeking to hire a commercial insurance account manager to join our commercial lines team. Ideal candidate will have a personal lines background in the property & casualty industry.
Responsibilities :
The account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs including coverage / policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction.
The position requires experience managing both small and middle-market personal lines accounts and a strong understanding of the underwriting process including new and renewal business.
Qualifications :
- Experience managing commercial coverages.
- Familiarity with AMS 360 or Applied Epic software is preferred. Compensation :
- $45-55k DOE
