Licensed Vocational Nurse needed for private duty 1 : 1 ratio. Full time and Part Time in the city of San Gabriel, Pasadena, Covina, El Monte, Baldwin Park
Patients and treatments vary in age and treatment care.
- Paid Training and Orientation / Shadowing is provided along with RN Case Manager Supervision.
- 1 : 1 care, 8 hours a day, at one location within the comfort of the patient’s home.
- Suctioning, O2 Treatment, Nebulizer, G tube / Feeding / Medication, Pt. weight : TBD, Ventilator (if applicable-Circuit changes)

Credentials Requirements :
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN)
- Current Physical
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
Job Duties :
- G-tube feeding and Tracheostomy care daily activities :
- Dressing changes
- Tie changes
- Stoma care
- Suctioning 3-5 times per day
- Medication Administration
- Head to Toe Assessment
- Repositioning
- Clinical Documentation
- Nebulizer machine knowledge for breathing treatments (if applicable)
- Seizure precautions (if applicable)
- Foley Catheter (if applicable)
- Colostomy Care (if applicable)
Bonus :
Full-time- $1000. BONUS
Part-time- $500 BONUS
