Drives continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the Alamo Workforce Development program. Ensures best practices in service delivery, program compliance, and performance outcomes.

Implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring tools.

Collaborate with leadership to align operations with funder requirements.

Provide coaching and support to managers on performance excellence.

Lead training on process improvement tools and methods.

Required : Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 5+ years in operations or program management. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks preferred.
