Certified Nursing Assistants needed for Facilities - 8 hour shifts!
Shifts Available :Brightstar Care of Huntington Beach is looking for CNAs to be a part of a team to work at Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Protects patients and self by following infection-control policies and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills : Monitor and track changes in the client / patient’s condition and needs, and keep the appropriate medical personnel informed.
- Ability to maintain a professional relationship with agency, pharmacy, and other medical professionals.
- Ensure that all nursing documentation is completed accurately per agency requirements.
- Identifies issues that require attention.
- Complies with clinical practices as established by CA regulations and applicable agency policies.
- Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Activities, Companionship, Conversation
- Stand-by Assist, Mobility, Transfers
- Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal preparation, Medication reminders, Light Housekeeping
- There will be paid training prior to starting shifts*
