Position Overview : The firmis seeking a Senior Attorney with a minimum of 6 years ofexperience in healthcare law to join their dynamic team.
The idealcandidate will have a proven track record in handling complexhealthcare litigation and providing strategic legal advice tohealthcare organizations.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Represent healthcare organizations andphysicians in matters related to valuebased payment and populationhealth strategies.
- Advise clients on ACOsbundled payment and clinically integratednetworks.
- Provide counsel on healthcare policylegislative advocacy and executivestrategy.
- Handle mergers and acquisitionsprivacy and data security and the business aspects of organizedmedicine.
- Lead and manage highprofilehealthcare litigation including hospital governance financingcertificate of need healthcare regulatory reimbursementprofessional malpractice and governmentinvestigations.
- Develop and implementstrategies to address complex legal challenges in the healthcaresector.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool.
- Active bar membership in goodstanding.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience inhealthcare law.
- Extensive knowledge ofhealthcare regulations and the healthcareindustry.
- Proven experience in healthcarelitigation and advisory roles.
- Stronganalytical negotiation and communicationskills.
- Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
