Please note, this position is not a remote job; it requires a proactive approach to physically managing sales territories and client interactions within Wichita.

As an Outside Sales Representative at Squeegee Squad, you will be pivotal in expanding our reach and enhancing our client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to discover and secure new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Conduct on-site visits to potential clients to demonstrate our services and the value we bring.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of individual clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Attend relevant local and regional trade shows and networking events to promote our services and gather market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets supported by planning and executing strategies effectively.
  • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in outside sales, particularly within the service sector.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong ability to forge and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
