• 24-hour shifts from 8am - 8am
• 5 - 10 ER patients per 24-hour shift
• Maximum 4 hospital patients per 24-hour shift
• ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and BLS certifications required
• Defined scope of practice with clear procedural guidelines
• Hospital privileges required
