Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Location : AdventHealth Wesley Chapel

Start Date : Upon completion of credentialing (approximately 4 6 months)

About the Role :

We are seeking a dedicatedDaytime Hospitalist to join our team at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. This is a daytime hospitalist position with no night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.

Compensation & Schedule :

15 / 16 days per month (183 shifts / year) : Base salary $255,000

18 days per month : Base salary $301,000

Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income, potential to teach in a family medicine residency

RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Responsibilities :

Manage a daytime patient census of patients on average

Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissions along with a dedicated physician admitter

No procedures or codes required

Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management

Qualifications :

Board-certified / eligible in Family Medicine

Hospitalist experience required
