- Assist Construction Manager's Office with environmental engineering support functions for construction capital projects
- Review drawings, specifications and RFI's
- Managing various construction administrative processes (payments, scheduling, estimating, additional work orders)
- Preparing and / or overseeing the preparation of spreadsheets, scopes of work, estimates, change orders, budget modifications, organize project files and documents, TAL services and written construction-related correspondence
- Coordinating daily project management activities for the Construction Manger according to Project Management Procedure / Guidelines
- Working with Construction Manager in meeting project goals, attending project coordination meetings with stakeholders, preparing meeting minutes and following up on action items
- Manage the coordination of field visits, surveys and inspections
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in an engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, business administration or public administration
- One year of full-time satisfactory experience in supervising employees performing project management work, such as planning, administering, managing, coordinating, or expediting, on engineering
- Have 30-hour OSHA (Construction)
- Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK
- Familiarity with Auto CAD and MTA design standards and guidelines preferred
