Join our dynamic leadership team as Director of Hospice Sales and make a meaningful impact on families during their most challenging times. This role combines strategic sales leadership with the rewarding mission of expanding access to compassionate hospice care. You'll lead a high-performing team of hospice sales professionals, driving revenue growth while ensuring families receive the dignity and comfort they deserve.

As a key member of our sales leadership team reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you will be primarily field-based, working alongside your team to build relationships, close strategic accounts and expand our market presence. Location : This position can be based in Grand Rapids, Jackson, or Bingham Farms, Michigan, with primary work conducted in the field for all Optimal Care service areas.

Hours : Office Hours : 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday
