Position Summary :
LifeMoves Supportive Parking for RVs serves single adults, couples, and adults with adult dependent children in an innovative short-term housing program for people living in their vehicles.
The Residential Services Coordinators act as basic needs support liaisons for clients, with the ultimate goal of providing safety to the program participants at the Supportive parking location.
Responsibilities :
- Conducts a LifeMoves vehicle from shelter sites to supportive parking location
- Records parking lot attendance of program participants each evening
- Confirms only individuals registered with the parking program are on the parking lot
- Enforces all program guidelines and regulations with the program participants
- Maintains site safety and enforces site access control
- Refers case appropriate information to the case manager
- Participates actively as a team member in supporting clients and the facility (parking location) as needed
- Stays current and knowledgeable about external community resources
- Logs and reports client interactions every evening
- Exchanges shift with on-site security team and reports any issues to security
- Maintains a high level of ethical conduct regarding confidentiality, dual-relationships, and professional stature
- Attends staff trainings; meets regularly with supervisor to exchange pertinent information and receive supervision
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Shift : 4pm-12 : 30am
Position Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED
- A BA / BS in Social Services or Education is a plus
- Personal or professional experience / education working with mental health clients is a plus
- An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, ideas and practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
- A clean driving record.
