Medical Office seeking experienced front desk / discharge receptionist with multitasking skills. The candidate must have time management skills with lots of patients with older population, 3 years experience insurance eligibility, experience in collecting co-insurances and balances from patients along with posting payments and daily close, answering phones-checking voicemails and returning calls to patient for appointments, typing correspondence for the patients, scanning documents into the Electric medical record system and all other duties assigned to this position.
Front Desk Assistant- Must have at least two years of customer service skills, answering phones and scheduling appointments for the patients, scanning documents into the Electric Medical Records system, checking in patients at the front desk, checking all portals and printing documents, and all other duties assigned to this position.
For both position, the candidate must have medical experience with terminology, able to type and use all office machines
