Responsibilities

• Oversee Production : Manage all packing and production procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify Components : Check components, labels, and packaging items for correctness per Batch Records.
• Follow Procedures : Adhere to Batch Record instructions, including materials, labeling, and testing.
• Perform Line Clearances : Conduct and document line clearances before each operation.
• Maintain Equipment : Ensure equipment is maintained, calibrated, and validated; perform preventive maintenance.
• Manage Product : Oversee product segregation, labeling, and setup according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot Issues : Monitor equipment, adjust processing parameters, and resolve minor issues.
• Ensure Accuracy : Verify production weights, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain documentation.
• Create Instructions : Develop and maintain line instructions for each product.
• Dispose of Components : Manage disposal of damaged or residual components per SOPs.
• Adhere to SOPs : Ensure operations comply with SOPs and report deviations.
• Supervise Cleaning : Ensure proper cleaning and logging at the end of each run.
• Enforce GMPs : Maintain GMP compliance and cleanliness.
• Manage Labor : Oversee a team of 10-20 employees, minimizing downtime.
• Handle Maintenance : Oversee preventive maintenance and manage spare parts.
