We are currently looking for experienced Registered Nurses with home health experience who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home services to patients in their homes in multiple locations including these Los Angeles County cities and adjacent areas :
l Carson l El Segundo l Gardena l Hawthorne l Hermosa Beach l Inglewood
l Lawndale l Lomita l Harbor City l Harbor Gateway l San Pedro l Lomita l Westchester
The incumbent must be available to work at least 2 days during the weekdays, and two weekend days per month (not two entire weekends - two weekend days per month.
This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes. We specialize in orthopedic and cardiac care with predominantly healthy patients who are recovering from a particular, recent surgery.
Because our patients do not have several comorbidities, our patients, our clinicians and our MD partners see impressive progress quickly.

Required Skills and Experience
- At least one (1) year of experience as an RN
- Home Health experience as a Registered Nurse required.
- Valid California RN license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Located in Southern California
