This opportunity is the result of our continued growth. It will start out per diem, with the goal of growing into part or full time.

This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Weld and Larimer Counties in Colorado.

Prior home health experience is a big plus, but we will train the right person!Taking part in weekend on-call rotation is required.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities : Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needsMake home visits to clients in designated geographic territoriesPerform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and proceduresMonitor clients' conditions;

reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services ManagerFollow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' ordersPerform client assessments as necessaryCase management and coordinationAccurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tabletQualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) : A current license as a Registered Nurse in ColoradoGraduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
