Are you a highly dependable, experienced, and a compassionate CNA or Caregiver looking for a rewarding opportunity? AW Health Care is currently seeking a qualified CNA or Caregiver to join our team PRN part-time at our partner independent senior community located in Ellisville, Missouri.
Schedule : Must have availability to work 2-3 days a week and every other weekend Saturday & Sunday, 6 : 45AM - 8 : 00PM (13 hour shift).
This role will start off PRN part-time then will go to full-time hours to cover a maternity leave 11 / 14 / 23 to 01 / 04 / 2024.
This position has the potential to become a full-time position.
CNA / Caregiver Job Summary : The CNA / Caregiver is to provide caring assistance with personal hygiene care, safe and healthy environment and wound care if necessary and to the immediate environment which directly affects the client’s health and safety needs.
CNA / Caregivers services are scheduled as intermittent visits provided to the client according to the client’s care plan.

CNA / Caregiver Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have valid Driver's License, your own reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
Must have at least one year of professional caregiver experience preferably with the geriatric population
Must be able to work with pets and smokers in client homes
Must possess moderate computer skills , including word processing and data entry
Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
Must be a team player dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, with a positive attitude
Must be able to communicate effectively and possess well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills
Must maintain required yearly training / education as mandated by agency
