We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team.
The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to effectively keep the deal flow process moving.
- Collecting appropriate documentation needed for applications.
- Address customer inquiries and assist.
- Assist the VP and Director of Channel Partner with reports and other necessary tasks.
- Communicate across multiple departments to keep teams informed.
- Completing contract requests
- Reviewing applications for accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Salaried Position
- Hours : Monday - Friday (8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm)
- In-office position, NOT REMOTE
