Pay Rate Range : $60-$70 / Hour
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage project initiatives within the Capital Markets division.
Collaborate with teams from finance, risk management, and technology to create and implement project plans.
Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
Communicate updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify and manage project risks, resolving any issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications :
5+ years of project management experience within capital markets.
Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Expertise in financial products like mortgage-backed securities, bonds, and derivatives.
Proven track record in managing complex projects, including budgeting and risk management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
