VCA Milwaukee Emergency Center for Animals is looking for a Veterinary Assistant to join our team!

Schedule : Full time opportunity. 3 x 12s, night shift (6 : 00pm-6 : 00am), rotating weekends and holidays required

Compensation : $18 - $24 / hr

Shift differential available. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.

Patient triage and physical examinations

Safe patient handling and restraint

Venipuncture and blood draws

Surgical preparation, assistance, and recovery

Laboratory and pharmacy work

Radiology and diagnostic imaging procedures

Maintaining accurate, detailed patient records

Professional communication with clients
