DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

HOURS : 37.5 hours per week

Mon-Fri 9am-5 : 30pm

QUALIFICATIONS :

Five years' experience in building maintenance, experience in trades is helpful. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Ability to use independent discretion and judgment. Certificate of fitness for Fire Safety Director preferred. High school diploma or GED required.

Bilingual English / Spanish preferred. Valid driver's license preferred.

Vaccination preferred but not required.
