Retail HR Business Partner
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support for business leaders within the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to implement HR strategiesProvide full HR support, including employee relations, performance management, and complianceCollaborate with HR leadership to ensure compliance with employment regulations and communicate new policiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experienceMinimum of 3 years of HR experience, particularly in employee relations and HR complianceProficient knowledge of Federal and California employment regulations;
knowledge of multiple state regulations is a plusSHRM or HRCI certification preferredBilingual in Spanish (oral and written ability)
