About the Role
The Platform Console is an enterprise application that helps engineers and technologists discover, manage, and use global technology solutions, APIs, and documentation.
It drives standardization, simplification, and modernization of the technology landscape.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will own the design initiatives for the Platform Console, connecting capabilities across enterprise platforms to achieve high-quality outcomes and promote continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be the lead designer, setting the standard for design excellence in a complex, enterprise-focused space. You’ll handle challenging projects, applying your expertise and pushing the boundaries of design.
Who You’ll Work With
The Consumer & Enterprise Tools Team powers digital experiences, scaling product creation and enterprise capabilities. You’ll report to the Design Director of Enterprise Capabilities within Digital Product Design.
Qualifications :
Experience : 6+ years of experience in end-to-end digital product design, 3+ of
those years in UX design, with a proven track record leading successful design
efforts.
Education : A bachelor’s degree in design, UX / UI design, human-computer
interaction, or related field is preferred, but not required.
Skills : Expert in UX design principles, methodologies, and tools. Strong
proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
Communication : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability
to articulate design decisions and rationale.
Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a
cross-functional team environment.
Innovation : A wide range of conceptual thinking and a passion for pushing the
boundaries of what’s possible in UX design.
