Your role in our mission

• Analyze claims and financial information to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize SQL and Excel to automate analysis processes and streamline operations.
• Develop and implement process improvements based on analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with business users to translate business requirements into technical requirements for reporting purposes.
• Measure performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance gaps.
• Act as a re-engineering consultant to other transformation teams in methods, techniques, and tools to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Serve as a process owner, managing and overseeing changes to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide consultation on re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
• Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes.
• Work with management to align projects with strategic goals.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Reengineering, Process Design, and Project Management.

Technical

• Highly proficient in SQL and Excel.
• Experience working with healthcare-related data, particularly claims (preferred).
• Familiarity with financial information, audit procedures, and reconciliation processes.

Analytics

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze claims and financial information to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize Excel and SQL to automate analysis processes and streamline operations.

Project Management

• Develop and implement process improvements based on analysis.
• Serve as a process owner, managing and overseeing changes to ensure successful implementation.

What you should expect in this role

Ideal Candidate : Can analyze claims and financial information, has strong SQL and Excel skills to automate that analysis, and can improve processes based on the analysis.

Additionally, the candidate should have project management experience to manage these changes and take ownership of the process.

• Fully Remote within the US
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
