Onyx Healthcare is hiring Home Health RN's for our Facility in Austin Texas!
The Registered Nurse holds the responsibility of delivering high-quality nursing care to patients across various demographics, within different home settings.
They take charge of coordinating care in collaboration with patients, families, the certifying provider, and other interdisciplinary team members.
The RN conducts thorough patient assessments and works closely with the certifying provider to devise a customized Plan of Care tailored to the patient's requirements.

- Compensation : $90k per year. Mileage reimbursement. On-call pay.
