Job Purpose :
The Business Analyst / Project Manager will evaluate current business processes and provide recommendations for improvements across multiple organizations.
The ideal candidate will manage the full project life cycle, coordinate resources, and ensure successful project delivery.
This position may require travel and involves regular MVR monitoring.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements Gathering : Work with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Project Scoping and Resource Management : Scope projects, estimate resources, and allocate both internal and external resources to complete tasks
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain project documentation, track progress, and update stakeholders regularly
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to end users post-implementation for successful adoption of new systems or processes
- Risk Management : Evaluate project risks and take measures to mitigate them
- End-to-End Project Management : Manage the entire project life cycle to meet company objectives and stakeholder requirements
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience : At least 3 years in a Business Analyst or Project Management role
- Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with experience translating business needs into technical solutions
- Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management methodologies
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to facilitate understanding between business and technical teams
- Preferred : PMP certification and experience in Retail or Distribution sectors
- NDA Required : Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
Working Conditions :
- This position may require occasional travel
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment, with occasional physical demands such as lifting up to 20 pounds
