One ref must come from the most recent position. EMPV's do not count as ref's. docs must be in week prior- set orientation dates.
Must know if cln is currently or ever worked at this system prior to submitting To submit a candidate to a Medstar position, you must have : 15 months of references in hand to include one ref from the most recent position.
