Floating may be required. Travelers regularly float between various like units, within skill set!
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify care needs and develop individualized care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
Monitor patient progress and ensure timely discharge planning.
Communicate with insurance companies to authorize services and facilitate reimbursements.
Educate patients and families on the care plan, treatment options, and available resources.
Identify gaps in care and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
Participate in daily interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
