If so, the Amazon Global Supply Chain Optimization Technology (SCOT) organization is for you. SCOT fosters continuous improvement, advocating game-changing ideas that create ever more intelligent and self-learning systems to maximize the efficiency, automation and scale of Amazon's massive supply chain operation.

SCOT's US Automated Inventory Management (AIM) team owns the management of Amazon's inventory investment and key business outcomes.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Tech) with a focus on B2B Performance. You will collaborate with key Retail, FBA and SCOT leaders to create and implement strategic product plans that will ensure we have the largest selection ready to ship to customers at any time.

You will work closely with these leaders to give insights, knowledge, and proposals for new products and features. You will work with Business Engineers to create metrics and reporting solutions.

You will also be in charge of conducting data reviews and in-depth analysis that correct supply chain defects.

Key job responsibilities

  • Create science-based models and analyze performance metrics to inform decision making and new feature additions
  • Build product roadmap(s) and feature priorities to improve ability to serve B2B customers
  • Drive improvements of key metrics through short-term initiatives and long-term product investments.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
  • Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
