Liaison Package Handler

LuxerOne is looking for a professional organized and customerfocusedindividual to provide package management services to luxuryapartment buildings in the downtown San Francisco area. Come joinour growingteam!

Thisservice representative will help organize and maintain packagereception rooms / locker systems at apartment complexes located inthe area.

The service rep will visit properties multiple times aweek and perform variousduties.

WhatYou llDo :

• Provideinperson support to residents having packagequestions / issues
• Logrecentlydelivered packages into the propertys automated packagemanagementsystem
• Deliverpackages to residentdoors
• Organizepackages within the room to make it easier for residents to findtheirpackages
• Identifyaging / stale packages and prepare them to be returned tosender
• Serveas a primary liaison between the property and the packagemanagement provider supportteam
• Delivercertain packages directly to residentsdoors
• Performlightweight maintenance on the locker / package room managementsystem

Thisis a parttime role (2030 hours a week). This role is also part of anew expanding service program with opportunities for growth as theprogramexpands.

Requirements

WhoYouAre :

• Professionaland personable. You will be working in upscale apartment buildingsand will be expected to create positive friendly relationships withboth property managers andresidents.
• Accessto reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access toBART / MUNI) Ideally the candidate would live near the downtown SFOarea or be able to make a shortcommute.
• Availableat least 4 days / week for at least 5 hours a day including at leastone day on weekends. Early evening work will berequired.
• Comfortableusing technology (you will be using a digital package managementsystem)
• Goodorganizational and problemsolvingskills
• Ableto / comfortable with moving and arranging packages some of which maybebulky
• Atleast 18 yearsold.

C. area. Comfortable using technology (you will beusing a digital package management system and iPad) Goodorganizational and problem-solving skills This role involvesregular physical activity, including lifting and arrangingpackages, some of which may be bulky.

Applicants should be capableof comfortably lifting packages within legal guidelines andmaneuvering within package storage areas.
