We're looking for teammates who share our passion for creating equitable access to nutritious food and addressing the root causes and impact of hunger in Lawrence, KS.

As MealConnect and Partner Relations Coordinator, you will spend 50% of your time providing support for new food bank initiatives, including Service Insights, OrderAhead and MealConnect.

Service Insights is an initiative to collect data from neighbors accessing the charitable food system so that Harvesters and its partner agencies may gain insights needed to better serve these neighbors.

OrderAhead, an online ordering platform that provides a neighbor experience based on convenience, privacy and efficiency, gives food banks and agency partners a tool to meet neighbors where they are through a variety of distribution models.

MealConnect is a food waste reduction platform. The incumbent will lead efforts to train and support agencies on these programs.

The other 50% of your time will be spent monitoring and counseling agencies on compliance, assisting with agency capacity building and development, assist with customer service requests.

This position meets the requirements and may be considered hybrid eligible.

The ideal candidate :

You have a background in non-profit or social services fields, adult education, or ethical data collection. You have experience working with USDA-regulated programs and the food industry.

You are proficient in common collaboration tools such as Microsoft Suite and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
