Description
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator I is responsible for coordinating the development, delivery, and measurement of all facets of the marketing campaigns including print collateral, email communications, web pages, trade show materials and business presentations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support and assistance for the coordination and execution of the project lifecycle on various marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are completed per project timelines.
- Provides end-to-end event support such as assisting with the creation of conference marketing materials and planning documents, and coordinating logistics including ordering, packing, shipping, and tracking event materials.
- Manage creation, approval, and distribution of email communications to external clients.
- Maintains brand consistency by applying templates and the production of print collateral, web page design and other marketing materials.
- Participates in additional department projects as needed, working collaboratively with the marketing team and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
Experience
- Minimum one year of marketing experience or experience in a professional environment required.
- Knowledge of consumer marketing, preferably within the financial services industry
Functional / Technical Skills
- Exceptionally strong oral and written communication skills
- High organized and detail oriented
- Demonstrates excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage and negotiate project plans and timeframes
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, works well with internal departments and external vendors
- Strategic thinker with the ability to problem-solve
- Innovative and self-motivated. Able to work independently and with a team effectively.
- Must be a creative thinker and passionate about marketing and brand management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Experience working in project management systems (Monday.com, Asana, Wrike, etc.)
- Familiarity with Adobe Design Programs, preferred but not required
