- Work Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
- LCH rehabilitation, supporting PM&R care team covering service including inpatient rehabilitation, consults, and outpatient clinic
- Average patient load : 12 for IP services as well as OP clinic
- Team : 2 Physicians & 1 APP
