Duties :
- Operate automated monogramming machines for custom embroidery on premium linens.
- Inspect and maintain machinery to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Ensure all monogramming is completed with accuracy, matching client specifications.
- Track and document daily production and equipment performance.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience operating monogramming or embroidery machines is advantageous.
- Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy to manage designs and machine operations.
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate materials.
Shift Options :
1st Shift 6 : 45am to 3 : 15pm or 2nd Shift : Monday to Friday, 3 : 15 PM to 11 : 45 PM.
Pay :
$18.22 to $19.72 per hour.
