What You’ll Do
- Assess individual and organizational training and employee development needs by partnering with leaders to develop and implement programs
- Review already available training and verify that the information is correct and reflects current practices and standards
- Create training materials and programs to address specific business objectives by delivering e-learning courses, job shadowing, careers plans, workshops, and other trainings
- Implement and ensure the successful running of company-wide introductions for new employees
- Develop and implement top-tier onboarding experience for incoming employees
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness and success of training programs
- Keep up-to-date on the latest training trends and career development pathways
- Create a talent pipeline by tracking individual career development, working with managers to foster talent to retain employees
What You’ll Need
- Bachelors degree, with proven experience in training and development
- Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Ability to learn new software programs and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with varying seniority levels, including colleagues, managers, and external partners
