We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while working in a fast-paced environment.
The Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical is responsible for delivering patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients, including those with complex medical needs.
Duties :
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing phlebotomy, and assisting with venipuncture procedures.
Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust care plans as needed.
Utilize sterile processing techniques to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures and protocols.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
- BSN degree.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in a medical / surgical setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tube feeding, phlebotomy, and venipuncture.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
