Physical Therapist - Full Time Position

Connected Health Care, a Joint Commission Certified recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a permanent position in Mount Vernon, OH.
This is an exciting opportunity for a therapist dedicated to helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized care.
Job Description :
- Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve mobility and function
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Education + Certification Requirements :
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio
- CPR certification required
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
