We're looking for a Full Time RN to join our Day Surgery Team!
GENERAL OBJECTIVES :
- Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for clients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
- Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.
- Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations of membership which guide the practice of all nurses at Valley View Hospital.
Requirements :
- Two years RN experience required.
- PACU / CCU experience preferred.
- BSN preferred.
- BLS through the American Heart Association required.
- ACLS and PALS through the American Heart Association within six months.
SALARY RANGE :
- $33.99 to $49.98 / hour (BSN)
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
- Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
- $2.25 / hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm.
- $4.00 / hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11 : 00pm - 7 : 30am.
- $4.25 / hour weekend differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Sunday.
